"You guys did it again! My first experience in purchasing my 2007 XL1200 Custom lead me to upgrading only 4 months later to a '07 Road King Custom. Dan Hood my Sales rep did a fabulous job of "no pressure" selling and making sure the whole family was good with the purchase. My trade was very fair given the fact I had just recently purchased. (I know this as it is for sale on the showroom floor.) Dan and Tony Hales your Finance manager worked with me to make sure the payments were right and even managed to fit a s-bar for when my wife and kids ride. The process was painless and took less than an hour to finalize everything. I walked out riding to Nashville enjoying my new ride. I do want to add that Herchel Layne, though not my Sales rep, has always done an excellent job of sharing information and answering questions I had. Everyone there does a great job, but these three standout as people that represent the best in the Harley experience. "My wife and I just bought our first HD bikes. That's right...she had to have her own bike. Well, Herchel Layne went far and above trying to help her decide which model she needed. He never pressured her, nor guided her, but instead answered her questions professionally and kept reminding her that this was going to be HER bike, and she needed to get what felt right to HER, not what he or anyone else suggested. After the purchase, when we had a minor mechanical failure (stuff happens) a phone call to the store was rewarded with a trailer and a rescue within 45 minutes. This entire dealership and staff have been WAY better than most businesses we have dealt with in the past. Way to go guys!"

I wasn't able to take delivery of the bike immediately, but when I came in, Kenny immediately took it out front, ready for me to ride off. There is one positive thing that I think you should do now that you were doing when I bought my first bike, and that is giving a t-shirt away. A friend and I visited Thunder Creek H-D for the first time, just to look around. | "I just bought my new 2007 Ultra Classic from ____________ H-D. Short of the paperwork taking longer than I thought it should have (a couple of hours total) for a cash sale after calling ahead to let them know I was coming from out of state, the experience was good. A person to help a buyer go over their new bike when the purchase is made would be great too. I would have loved to have had someone that knew how to turn on the CB before I hit the highway home but the only answer given was "read your manual". I did go to your store the following day and you were a wealth of knowledge about the bike and all my questions were answered fully. Lisa in the apparel area was absolutely wonderful and I will certainly consult with her again in the future. Matt in accessories was great as well and the parts guy (can't remember his name) are worth driving back to purchase from. Overall the experience was worth while and I'm thrilled with my new bike....she purrs like a kitchen and will give me years of pleasure." |

I could not believe all the merchandise to choose from for women and children, it was unbelievable. Very Good Selection!!!! I was disappointed though to hear that you only gave the Hog discount to local members only. We would have spent more money had we been able to get the Hog discount. | "Bought my first Harley from Thunder Creek, Charlie Haney was the salesman. When I went into Thunder Creek, I was just browsing. Didn't have intentions to purchased since I was happy with my metric. Charlie approached me while I was looking at the bikes. I told him I was just browsing & didn't need any help at that time (in other words, didn't want to be pressured). He respected that & said if I needed anything at all I would be able to find him at his desk. A week later I went back to Charlie, told him what wanted & rode the bike out of the dealership that same Saturday afternoon. I will be returning again when I decide I want another bike & will defiantly be looking for Charlie Haney. Service Dept. is wonderful & understanding as well. I was to bring the bike in the following Saturday for a 10 a.m. appointment to have the accessories installed. Due to restrictions beyond my control (got stuck out of town) I was 2.5 hours late for the appt. They still took the bike in & Got-R-Done before they left at 4." |
